Meet the AusMaint team.
Director, Nathan Bann is passionate about all things electrical and automation.
AusMaint employs a highly skilled and experienced personnel consisting of qualified trade people, trainees and apprentices, managers and supervisors and skilled labours.
We strive to build our team with like minded motivated personnel and where possible, we aim to employ Aboriginal and Torres Strait Island people.
Our commitment and dedication to supporting and providing opportunities for Indigenous people is why we do what we do. It is a passion of our management team to be able to assist our employees to achieve their career goals and aspirations by providing support, training and mentoring to our people.
AusMaint are also very passionate about the local communities in which we conduct our business and wherever possible we give back by way of donations, sponsorships and volunteering.
Nathan Bann – Managing Director
Nathan’s Aboriginal heritage is the Yugunga-Nya land group. Nathan has a solid background in the electrical field, in both the Mining and Domestic sectors.
Having held positions at Fortescue Metals Group and Rio Tinto Nathan has experience in Electrical Mining Services and Maintenance. He also has strong management skills and experience having successfully managed large electrical maintenance and installation projects in the Pilbara and Perth in recent years.
Nathan’s passion is for Aboriginal people and being able to provide opportunities to individuals and give back to his community.
